Banquet and Catering Services
HeartLove Place’s Banquet and Catering Department provides affordable catering services to meet your needs. Our patrons can experience catering in the elegant yet affordable surroundings of our banquet hall which can accommodate up to 200 guests for a buffet or plated meal. We also have Conference Rooms that can accommodate from 10 - 60 guests for a meeting, workshop, or a simple business luncheon. Our Banquet and Catering Department offers on or off-site catering services to include a variety of meal options from a casual business breakfast to a delightful multi-course dinner. Our Event Coordinator will work with you from the beginning until the end of your event, ensuring that your every need is met.

Food Service
HeartLove Place is a contracted site by the Department of Public Instruction (DPI), and works with the following food programs: Child and Adult Food Program, Summer Meal Service Program and the National School Lunch Program. These programs allow us to provide healthy and nutritional meal service to childcare centers, schools and after-school programs.
♥ Child and Adult Food Program
Child and Adult Food Program is designed to service childcare centers, group homes and adult daycare centers. Through this program, HeartLove Place provides participating facilities with two meals and a snack each day.
♥ Summer Meal Service Program
The Summer Meal Service Program is a free program provided to local community organizations during the summer months to ensure that children receive either a meal and a snack or breakfast and lunch. HeartLove Place currently services more than 15 sites each summer.
♥ National School Lunch Program
The National School Lunch Program is a federal regulated program providing healthy balanced and nutritious meals to local schools. Currently HeartLove Place serves Hope High School, Travis Academy, and Travis High School to name a few.
Our kitchen staff consists of well trained and experiences cooks, prep cooks and kitchen aide. And each staff member is ServSafe as required by the state and local health departments. Our kitchen is a state of the art facility that is well maintained, licensed by the State of Wisconsin and bonded and insured. We use only the highest quality ingredients and prepare most of our meals and snacks from scratch recipes. Our breakfast menu includes waffles, grits, sausage (both pork and turkey), fresh fruit, and cold cereals. Lunch menu includes baked chicken, salisbury steaks, mock chicken legs, pizza, and many other items.
At HeartLove Place we are constantly implementing and updating our menus to provide our customers nutritious, affordable and quality meals. Statistics show that here in our neighborhoods, most children may only receive one meal a day—in school. Although this is a harsh reality, at HeartLove Place, we promote good health and nutritiously balanced meals to offset hunger and/or stave off contributive illnesses; all of our customers’ menus meet and exceed the requirements of the State Program.
